Rachel Lavipour

Rachel joined Fromm in January of 2024. Rachel oversees retail (including Amazon), beauty supply, and professional channels. Prior to Fromm, Rachel has been working in the beauty industry for over 16 years, with expertise in scaling businesses and brands in the industry. Since graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, she has built her career at notable brands such as Wynn Resorts, La Prairie and most recently at Malin + Goetz, where she has held various roles for the past 7.5 years. In her most recent role as VP of Sales at Malin + Goetz, Rachel drove exponential growth overseeing all wholesale, Amazon, retail stores, Amenity (Airline and Hotels partnerships) and specialty retailers across the Americas. A native New Yorker, Rachel lives in NYC on the Upper East Side with her husband and two kids, Zoe and Ben. For fun, Rachel loves to downhill ski, see Broadway shows and try one of the many delicious pizza spots NYC has to offer. Her favorite place in the world is Italy.
