John Gargano

John joined Fromm in February 2026, as Chief Financial Officer overseeing the Finance, Human Resources and Legal functions. John has over two decades of experience operating across consumer goods businesses in beauty, apparel, and accessories. Prior to joining Fromm, John served as Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Treasury and as Chief Accounting Officer at IPSY, a multi-channel beauty platform. Before IPSY, John held senior financial leadership roles at New York & Company, a multi-channel retailer of women’s apparel and accessories brands.

John brings expertise in scaling finance functions, improving operational efficiency, and supporting growth through disciplined capital deployment. He is a Certified Public Accountant (New York State) and earned a B.B.A. from The George Washington University with a double major in Finance and Accounting.
