Kevin spearheaded over 30 years of noteworthy growth at Fromm before stepping down from the position of president in 2019. Kevin will continue his mission of finding better ways to create beauty and supporting the company’s key strategies and ownership duties in his role as Vice-Chairman. Throughout high school and college, Kevin worked at one of e most successful grocery stores in the country where the importance of quality and the customer experience were omnipresent. His foundation was his education in Business at Western Washington University.
Kevin joined Fromm International in January 1989 and has held a series of positions of increasing responsibility. In his new role as President, Kevin focuses on vision, people, growth and customers. Kevin brought his extensive sales and sales planning experience at Atari Home Computers, Procter & Gamble, and Helene Curtis (now Unilever) to Fromm. Since then, sales have multiplied many times as Kevin has spearheaded strategic growth initiatives. Throughout the professional beauty industry, Kevin is well known as a dedicated advocate of all that’s good and important in the industry. The underpinning for Kevin’s work experience is his degree in marketing from Marquette University, where he was an Evans Scholar. Kevin is also an active leader in the Professional Beauty Association serving on the Board of Directors and the Manufacturers Advisory Council for 8 years.
Chief Financial Officer
With experience at a large accounting firm as well as big companies, including Dean foods and Sara Lee, Bill joined Fromm in 2008 to manage the accounting, finance, analysis, IT and human resources functions. His attention to detail and mechanics, as well as his incisive strategic outlook, are major assets to Fromm. Bill is a CPA with an Accounting degree from Bradley University and an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
VP of Marketing
Carine joined Fromm in 2016 as VP of Marketing, overseeing product development, brand and
digital marketing efforts. Carine is a senior CPG marketing executive with an international career leading companies prior to Fromm such as L’Oreal and Danone (Dannon).
VP of Operations
Mark joined Fromm International in January 2013 in the supply chain area of the business. Over the course of the last 8 years, Mark’s responsibilities have expanded to include Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Procurement, Customer Service and Distribution; all of which he now manages as Vice President of Operations. Mark’s leadership is focused on people, growth, and measurable results. His entrepreneurial spirit drives his passion for success through strategy and hard work. Mark earned a degree in Economics from the University of Oregon, as well as a second degree in Finance from the Lundquist College of Business.
